100% REMOTE - EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION ATTORNEYS CALIFORNIA BAR

We are seeking highly skilled Employment Litigation Attorneys to join a virtual office within a large established defense law firm of over 500 attorneys.

We have immediate needs for Employment Litigation attorneys with 5+ years of experience who would like to work 100% remote with reduced billable hours (1500 average but could be more or less depending on the candidate) and no travel or business development requirements. Looking for attorneys with experience handling administrative charges, demand letters, and single plaintiff litigation. Litigation attorneys with some employment experience will be considered. These are permanent W-2 counsel positions with benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401K) and bonus potential. Our client is looking to hire immediately.

Responsibilities:

- Handling Administrative charges/demand letters

- Single Plaintiff Cases

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Admission to the California state bar and in good standing

Proven experience in employment litigation

Excellent legal research and writing abilities

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently
