Title: DC Director of Operations

Location: Virginia

Salary Range: $120-135k base plus bonus

We are in search for a high potential Distribution Center Director who will start off running one site and then will soon transition into a multi-site leadership opportunity. This will oversee all warehousing and transportation functions of the DC for a top 10 supply chain company in their space.

Must Haves:

- 10+ years of warehousing/transportation management experience; experience in food or beverage distribution highly preferred

- Strong knowledge and experience in managing both warehouse team members and drivers

- Understand all aspects of warehouse management (shipping and receiving, selecting, inventory control, etc.)

- Servant leader mentality

- Has had full P&L ownership in current or past roles

- Proven ability in leading a diverse and high-performing work force

- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems

Preferred Experience:

- Bachelor s degree
