Construction Project Manager

Job description

Allied Resources is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee construction management services, ensuring adherence to project objectives, safety, subcontractor management, change control, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include project staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and client relationship management for consulting, design, or construction projects, with a focus on achieving positive client experiences and ensuring project financial performance. Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive proposals, including Project Execution Plans (PEPs) and Earned Value Tracking Tools to respond to RFPs.
  • Efficiently oversee project scope and changes, proactively identifying and addressing project risks, leading internal and external team meetings, and issuing detailed monthly project reports.
  • Supervise post-construction documentation tasks, such as submittal reviews, RFIs, and on-site visits to ensure construction aligns with design intent.
  • Cultivate and manage client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and actively seeking opportunities to develop new client connections.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent
  • 5+ years' of experience as a Project Engineer or Construction Project Manager.
  • Knowledgeable of the Stage/Phase-Gate Process or equivalent PM Process.
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
