OAS is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to enhance our team. Our ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and maintaining software applications and systems that support the mission-oriented programs for the Federal Aviation Administration. You will work as part of a dynamic team to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of FAA's digital infrastructure. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing the safety and efficiency of the national airspace.

Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing the safety and efficiency of the national airspace.
Key Responsibilities:
A successful candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience and be proficient in:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address FAA's software needs.
- Maintain and optimize existing software systems.
- Ensure compliance with FAA security and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues as they arise.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Web Development, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or science fields of study
- Active security clearance
- Government agency and/or FAA experience
- Project management experience, PMP, or leadership experience
- Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer) are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with large databases (e.g., Oracle and/or Redis, SQL)
- Demonstrated proficiency in front-end and back-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Python, Java, .NET.
- Experience with database design, implementation and optimization
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Agile/Scrum development methodologies experience
