****Position Summary****

Warehouse Coordinator: This position is responsible for supporting the Warehouse shipping and raw goods operation in the areas of administrative support and logistical coordination to achieve operational excellence through teamwork resulting in decisions and responsibility at the point of execution.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

* Perform all clerical duties directly related to warehouse activity

* Provide logistical support by:

* Coordinate all communication between Deployment, Transportation, Yard Driver, and 3PL services.

* Coordinate movement of trailers.

* Coordinate high-rise activity for raw receipt locating and production requirements of raw pallets with similar operation of finished product drop/pick-up.

* Assemble all staging sheets, receiving log, deviation, etc., that is needed for shift.

* Do daily heath checks.

* Coordinate CHEP Pallets, Scrap, Donations, Canadian Loads, Typing USDA Certificates

* Work to resolve any SAP issues both in warehouse, and production floor.

* Schedule inbound and outbound appointments.

* Check in/out drivers and ensure all paperwork is accurate.

* Manage and Organize all filing of warehouse paperwork/documents.

* Back up to Sr Shipping/Receiving Coordinator.

* Other duties assigned.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

* Logistics experience preferred.

* SAP experience preferred.

* Strong background in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

* Must have legible handwriting with attention to detail

* Must observe good manufacturing practices (GMPs)

* Must follow safety rules and procedures.

* Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week on an assigned shift with some daily overtime and weekend overtime.

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
