Staff Accountant/AP Focus - Growing Company with Flexibility

Overview of the Staff Accountant role:

• Assist internal and external customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor/supplier records and payment records
• Responsible for reconciliation process for bank account, sales and use tax, employee reimbursement, prepaid account and AP sub ledger
• Maintain fixed asses and depreciation accounts
• Assist in streamlining processes

Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Experience with Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint
• 5+ years experience performing full cycle accounts payable
• Experience in architecture/engineering/planning for job cost environment preferred
