We are a growing firm, looking for a Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. We are a Personal Injury firm, looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, ideally with some previous Personal Injury experience.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience
• Plaintiff and pre-litigation experience
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Ohio

Responsibilities:

• Managing their own docket of personal injury cases
• Set up claims and track medical treatment
• Supervise medical clerk and case manager
• Review demands
• Negotiate with adjusters
• Communicate offer to client and disburse of client funds
