Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications
- A portable book********
- A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and corporate real estate.
- A portable book of business.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A high level of professional integrity and a commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused service.
- The ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate issues and devise solutions.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and changes in legislation.
