Thinking Tree Psychology is a group practice located in Severna Park, Maryland committed to supporting the mental health and wellness of children, adolescents and young adults. We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our group of fun, connected, and positive minded clinicians.
With peer collaboration opportunities as well as independence to focus on individual interests and goals, this position is ideal for clinicians who both enjoy being a team member & have a desire to pursue their unique, professional style. At our interest-focused practice, the clinician will be provided with the opportunity to focus on areas of specialization and cultivate a niched caseload.

The Clinical Psychologist/Therapist position is an employee opportunity that is expected to carry an average caseload of 15 clients by six months from the start of employment. These sessions will be conducted both in-person and virtually. Clinician is expected to participate in virtual and in-person staff meetings, and monthly case consultation meetings are available and encouraged. The psychologist will benefit from being willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community.

Schedules vary depending on clinician preferences. Office space is plentiful and flexible, allowing clinicians to choose their own availability and schedule their own sessions. In-person sessions must be offered at least two days per week; sessions may be a hybrid of telehealth and in-person. Therapy services must include after school and/or evening hours. Clinicians are not guaranteed a minimum number of patients or sessions per week. Clinicians receive client referrals through their own networking efforts and through Thinking Tree referral channels. Clinicians have the opportunity to screen and/or provide an initial consultation with all referrals before deciding whether or not to work together.
COMPENSATION:
$75,000 to $85,000 yearly compensation range is the gross compensation for an average of 15 client sessions per week. Compensation may be greater should the clinician choose to increase their caseload beyond 15 sessions per week. This position is paid as a percentage of collected fees-for-service and paid out monthly.
