Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Physician Assistant located in Manassas, VA at Night Watch Pediatric and Adult Urgent Care. Responsibilities include providing primary care to pediatric patients, performing patient exams and screenings, and providing patient education. Other responsibilities may include medication management, handling acute illness and injuries, and performing limited pediatric surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Medicine, including Primary Care and Pediatrics
• Experience in Patient Care and Pediatrics
• Ability to diagnose and treat common pediatric conditions such as colds, flu, and ear infections
• Ability to provide preventive care, including vaccinations and well-child exams
• Familiarity with pediatric surgical procedures is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current certification as a Pediatric Physician Assistant
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
