*** Ethics organization, part of Law and Global Compliance, is seeking Mid-Level Ethics & Compliance Specialists to support the Issue Review Team (IRT) within the Risk Reporting Organization located in Renton, WA; Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Auburn, WA; Mesa, AZ; Charleston, SC; San Antonio, TX; Seal Beach, CA; Arlington, VA; St. Louis, MO, Hazelwood, MO; or Ridley Park, PA.

As an Ethics and Compliance Specialist specializing in hotline intake, you will play a pivotal role in upholding ethical standards and ensuring compliance within our organization. You will be responsible for receiving and managing incoming reports of ethical concerns or potential compliance violations from both internal and external parties. Your expertise in conducting intake interviews, analyzing reported issues, and performing thorough due diligence will be crucial in identifying risks and determining the most effective resolutions.

Position Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls to the ethics hotline promptly and professionally. Document all relevant details provided by the reporting party accurately and confidentially.

Skillfully conduct initial intake interviews with reporting parties to gather comprehensive information regarding the reported concerns. Ask relevant questions to understand the nature, scope, and severity of the issues raised.

Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to assess the reported concerns. Evaluate the potential impact on the organization's ethical standards and compliance obligations.

Effectively manage reported cases during the initial intake process; evaluate the available information and evidence to determine the most appropriate resolution for each reported issue.

Document all case-related activities, communications, and decisions in accordance with established protocols and procedures.

Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments to identify potential risks associated with reported issues. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, such as legal and HR departments, to assess and mitigate risks appropriately.

Handle all reported concerns with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Adhere to privacy regulations and organizational policies governing the handling of sensitive information.

Maintain accurate records of all case-related documentation and correspondence.

Assume additional responsibilities and performing special projects as needed
