If you believe in these things too, you're our kind of person!We are currently seeking several Program Analysts at the Junior, Mid and Senior levels to join our team supporting the Navy International Program Office (NIPO) at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, D.C. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.What you'll do:The Program Analyst will apply knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and Congressional laws, policies, regulations, and precedent to analyze proposals for foreign disclosure and technology transfers related to Department of the Navy (DoN) equity.Responsibilities:* Apply knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and Congressional laws, policies, regulations, and precedent to analyze proposals for foreign disclosure and technology transfers related to Department of the Navy (DoN) equity* Apply knowledge of DoN disclosure policy and precedent in support of making export licensing decisions* Draft requests for Exceptions to National Disclosure Policy and Technology Transfer and Security Assistance Review Board policy* Coordinate with DoN and external stakeholders to build consensus regarding Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure decisions* Review and coordinate Third Party Transfer requests with Navy Program Offices to provide DoN position to the Department of StateQualifications:* At least One years' experience working in support of Navy International Programs and/or Foreign Military Sales* Excellent knowledge of DoN disclosure policy and export licensing precedent* Experience in working with DoD officials at the GS-14 level* Experience in using DSAMS to develop FMS and/or BPC cases* Familiarity with the agencies and offices involved within Security Cooperation/Security Assistance* Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint* Active DOD SECRET security clearance* Bachelor's degree from an institution accredited in the United States* Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask* Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills* Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clientsWhat MBC offers:* Competitive salaries* Comprehensive medical plans (Aetna) with Employee Assistance Program (EAP), heath savings and flexible spending accounts, and dental and vision coverage options* Opportunity to earn spot awards and annual, performance, and chargeability bonuses* Traditional and Roth 401(K) plans* Professional development including up to $2,000/year reimbursement for pre-approved courses, trainings, continued education, and/or certifications* Paid Flexible Time Off* 10 paid holidaysEqual Employment Opportunity StatementMBC is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
