Kleinfeld, Kaplan & Becker, LLP, is a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C., that focuses on FDA law and advertising law. We are seeking a junior associate (1-4 years of experience) with excellent academic credentials and research and writing skills.

Experience with the regulation of food, drugs, biologics, cosmetics, devices, tobacco products, or cannabis products or experience in advertising law is preferred but not required. Candidates must be prepared to take on significant responsibility and work directly with clients.

The position involves challenging, interesting work in a collegial, small-firm atmosphere.

Candidates must be members of the D.C. Bar or eligible for admission soon after hiring, and candidates should reside in or be willing to relocate to the D.C. area for hybrid work.
