Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, modules, and applications to meet business requirements.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and integrations.
- Design scalable and sustainable ServiceNow architecture solutions that align with industry best practices.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Develop and maintain integration scripts and connectors.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI components.
- Implement and maintain business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Implement automation solutions using ServiceNow Orchestration and Workflow Editor.
- Drive continuous improvement through the identification and implementation of automation opportunities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Qualifications:
