About the Role:

We are looking for Account Executives to join our Client Services Team and help spearhead our clients growth.

As an Account Executive, you will play a critical and active role in day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of a world-class Client Services team and position yourself for unique career growth opportunities.

What Youll Do:

- Conduct in-depth research on prospects.

- Use proprietary Sales Tools to contact and convert leads into clients.

- Contact potential clients via email to establish rapport and set up meetings.

- Reach out by phone and hold quality conversations to generate qualified prospects.

- Work closely and collaboratively to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans.

- Work internally with Marketing stakeholders to ensure proper quality and quantity of presentations.

- Provide complete and appropriate solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability.

- Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Heres what we are looking for:

- Experience selling professional IT or software services.

- Proven work experience as an Account Executive.

- Experience communicating and convincing management/C-level executives.

- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of project management processes including scope definition, project plans, resource plans, budgets, and milestone identification.

- Strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships.

Desirable:

- Experience working with multinational distributed teams.

- Business consulting or IT services sales experience - ideally selling technology consulting and services as a new logo hunter.

- Understanding of the industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends.
