Job Summary: The Inside Sales representative provides Southeastern customers with a world class sales experience designed to ensure customer success.

Duties include:

* Cold calling leads

* Generating, creating, and qualifying leads

* Immediately answers customer inquiries at the counter, by phone, or email

* Working with sales and rental representatives to fulfill equipment requests

* Finding equipment, creating contracts, documenting and confirming delivery details

* Follows all Southeastern Equipment contract, billing, invoicing and trucking procedures

* Uses Salesforce, Excel and other available technologies to create efficiencies in the sales process

* Collaborating with operations, rents, and accounting to ensure the completeness of all billing, paperwork and contractual agreements

* Creates and maintains accurate files

* Coordinating trucking

* Working with service and yard personnel to ensure equipment is clean, prepped and ready for delivery

* Any other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

* Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and the ability to listen carefully

* Able to adjust work pacing during peak periods to meet demand

* Obsessively organized coupled with the ability to multi task

* Technical proficiency with any windows based software programs such as: Salesforce or other CRM, proprietary software, and Microsoft Office

* Basic mathematical skills and the ability to use a calculator

* Minimum of High School diploma or GED, some college preferred

* Knowledge of heavy equipment is a plus

**Inside Sales Representatives will be paid a base salary plus incentives and have access to a full benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, critical illness insurance, life insurance, 401K, PTO, and wellness benefits**
