Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Bartender. This position will support the dining room team and anticipate the member & guest needs to provide a memorable dining experience. This is a great opportunity to be part of team with commitment to providing exceptional service in a fun atmosphere.
Essential Functions:
Greet members with enthusiasm
Accurately ring orders
Make drinks according to recipes
Serve food and drinks to members and guests
Keep tables, pool deck and server stations clean and tidy
Ability to think on your feet and react to situations in a positive manner with tact, creativity, and integrity
Work in a team environment
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of bartending service experience
Must be 21 years old
Excellent communication and customer service skills
