Pay $40K-$50K/Yr.

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Job Duties

Independent judgement and initiative are required Ability to identify safety hazards and use proper PPE

Maintain cleanliness of systems and physical support structures for engine testing machinery and equipment including, dynamometers, automation, workstations, conveyance systems, and machining centers, including painting/coating as needed Report triage of machines/equipment or deficiencies utilizing Maintenance Management System(s).

Removal of recyclable and waste materials (via tow equipment or forklift) Work with existing maintenance team members to provide materials, consumables, and equipment as needed.

Cleaning and maintaining industrial work areas inside & outside including docks & dock plates (sweep, vacuum, debris removal, grease prep. for skilled trades etc.)

Willing to learn, grow, be flexible, action oriented and work with a sense of urgency

Follow all health and safety regulations Performs other related duties as assigned Job Functions/Qualifications:

Teamwork

Complete required safety training(s) Problem Solving Willing to obtain a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) License within 30 days of employment

Complete Hazardous Waste Training Working knowledge of Lap top computers and Microsoft applications Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP/SMP) and plant safety guidelines

Preferred knowledge of problem-solving tools, such as root cause analysis, 5W1H and 5Whys

Must be familiar with Lean manufacturing, Continuous improvement processes

Ability to work around heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Must be self-directed and able to work independently

Work Environment

1. General office environment

3. Possibility of exposure to Boiler Operations environments

4. Some exterior/outside environment

Minimum Education and Experience Required

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred experience in a similar role Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods standing and walking.

Physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.

Lift up to 50 pounds at a time, unassisted.

Standing, reaching, lifting, pulling, stooping, bending.

The mobility and flexibility to access and work in confined spaces or at heights of 25 feet

Organizational Relationships

1. Reports to the client directly on a daily basis for routine job functions, with Regional Account Manager support, as needed.
