We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our team as a Brand Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance our brand awareness and promote our fundraising events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to meaningful causes through their work.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of brand marketing strategies to promote fundraising events and initiatives.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital content, and promotional items, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities for brand promotion.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events, including outreach, logistics, and on-site support.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing calendars.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools/platforms.
  • Enthusiasm for nonprofit work and event fundraising initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous marketing experience or internships are a plus but not required.
