**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Strip and wax vinyl floors

* Buff vinyl floor

* Clean Carpets

* Wash windows inside and outside of all office facilities

* Clean all light fixtures and change light bulbs

* Power wash entrances seasonally

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Prior experience beneficial

* HS Diploma or equivalent.
