Join us where ideas are freely exchanged, and concepts evolve into practical solutions.**You are:** ** ****Scrum Master/Release Manager****Responsibilities Include:**Responsible for leading PI planning and other daily scrum ceremonies. SM will also be facilitating the resolution of any technical blockers the Agile team might face. Additional duties include leading delivery reviews, demos, and other project related meetings, support team members in their technical tasks, proactively identifying technical and/or risks related to development and release activities.+ Plan and Lead PI Planning activities.+ Facilitator who supports team members in applying Agile practices, process, and behaviors for executing effectively and enabling team to focus on tasks at hand and improving performance of the team.+ Lead daily scrum ceremonies and facilitates resolution of any technical blockers.+ Work with cross-functional team and product owners to define Jira stories and document in Jira tool.+ Collaborate with Product owners and other stakeholders to prioritize and manage product backlog.+ Lead deliverable review**Required Qualifications:**+ 5+ years practicing Agile, including Scrum and Kanban and including solution delivery.+ 3+ years of experience in leading Agile scrum data analytics team.+ 3+ years in leading Agile ceremonies.+ Experience in using Jira tool, and Plan view effectively.+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.+ Experience in implementing analytics application solution in Cloud based environment.+ Ability to understand business requirements for building data products and analytics solutions.**Nice to have:**+ Mortgage industry experience.+ Experience in AWS data services.+ Advanced Agile Certification.**The Extra's:**+ US Citizens+ Clearance: Clearable up to a Public TrustAs required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of **California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia** . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
