Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun: Off
Will average to about 35 hour/week
Responsibilities:
Planning and assigning routes
Tracking and monitoring drivers
Tracking and monitoring airline flight arrival times
Identifying potential delays and adjusting routes as needed
Handling customer service calls and emails, including booking requests
Booking transportation requests
Ensuring we provide customers with on-time transportation is the main responsibility of this role. Requirements:
A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a position that required customer service and multi-tasking skills
Ability to communicate professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Availability to work weekends
Ability to troubleshoot independently as well as collaborate with a team.
Ability work towards a deadline with a sense of urgency
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of DC Metropolitan Area
