Job description
Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Network Engineer for a full-time opportunity w/ 75% CONUS travel supporting the IC on an enterprise-wide engagement. TS/SCI clearance or higher required.
Responsibilities for the Network Engineer include:
Installing, administering, and documenting anything related to Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and other tools.
Work with tools including McAfee Sidewinder, host-based intrusion detection, ASA firewalls, and Solarwinds
Demonstrating a strong knowledge of LAN/WAN/MAN operations and TCP/IP
75% travel to domestic CONUS sites
Qualifications for the Network Engineer include:
3+ years of experience working with Cisco routers and switches
Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining cisco appliances
CCNA level knowledge (although cert not necessarily required)
Bachelor's Degree in IT/Networking/Cyber preferred
TS/SCI clearance or higher
Compensation for the Network Engineer includes:
Salary Range: $100,000-130,000 based on experience
