Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service with a genuine and friendly demeanor. Handles requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails expediently while building positive guest relationships.
- Contribute to the overall profitability of the restaurant by generating sales and adhering to all company recipes. Achieve planned product costs by adhering to portion standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and seamless delivery of orders.
- Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule. Uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and cleaned. Practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Follows all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified in restaurant standards. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
- Cooperates with management and team members to assist others with duties, if needed. Communicates suggestions for improvement positively.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
