Namak, a brand new restaurant bringing vibrant flavors of the Middle East and Mediterranean to the heart of Adams Morgan, is searching for a talented sous chef/kitchen manager!
Are you passionate about:
Hummus that dreams are made of?
Lavash so impossibly light, it practically floats?

If this sounds like you, then:
You have at least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with Middle Eastern or Mediterranean cuisine.
You're a master of multitasking and can navigate a busy kitchen with calm and precision.
You're an artistic soul who loves experimenting with flavors and plating dishes that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
You're a team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for sharing your culinary knowledge.
Located in the Metropolitan DC area or must be willing to relocate
