As an Graphic Designer join S2 Analytical Solutions and the customer to facilitate the mission of national security and humanitarian leadership by shaping information-driven decision-making with innovative IT solutions!

Job Overview: As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of customer's web enterprises through innovative and visually engaging design solutions. Collaborating with UI/UX Research and Development teams, you will evaluate design concepts and incorporate them into the UX process, ensuring the seamless integration of design elements. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed wireframes, implementing Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and HTML5 markup language, and utilizing modern web technologies to improve workflow efficiency. Additionally, you will translate technical solutions into visually appealing design products, adhere to design and brand guidelines, and consult with clients to define strategies for website enhancement.

Duties:

• Conduct design evaluations for the customers web enterprises
• Collaborate with UI/UX Research and Development teams
• Create and implement CSS, HTML5 markup language, and other markup languages
• Design detailed wireframes for web and mobile applications
• Research and implement modern web technologies
• Create visual concepts using computer software and browser-based technologies
• Build reusable libraries of design information
• Create internal design products to facilitate digital transformation
• Adhere to design and brand guidelines
• Translate technical solutions into design products
• Consult with clients to define website enhancement strategies

Required:

• Experience with web design software (e.g., Adobe Master Collection CS6/Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision Studio)
• Designing products for front-end development and web applications
• Applying best practices for improving web accessibility, usability, and technical implementation
• Creating, editing, organizing, and storing digital file formats

Desired:

• Implementing industry standards for user experience methodologies and web best practices
• Developing in cloud-based DevOps environments
• Experience with business workflow and appropriate capabilities/tools
• Execution of typography and design principles
