Job Summary: We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Proposal Manager to join our team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, subject matter experts, and writers, to create compelling and persuasive proposals that align with client requirements. - Collaborate with sales and business development teams to analyze RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and develop effective proposal strategies.
- Coordinate proposal kick-off meetings to establish timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and writers to gather and incorporate technical information into proposals.
- Ensure compliance with RFP requirements, formatting guidelines, and proposal submission instructions.
- Develop and maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and boilerplate materials for efficient proposal development.
- Conduct thorough reviews and edits of proposals to ensure clarity, coherence, and consistency of messaging.
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet proposal deadlines.
- Facilitate proposal review meetings to obtain feedback and incorporate revisions into the proposal.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams to develop visually appealing and engaging proposal documents.
- Track and report on proposal metrics, including win rates, success factors, and lessons learned.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in proposal management.
