Overview:

Responsibilities:

Directorates, reviewing and resolving work discrepancies. Maintains liaison and direction of lower-level managers, business, and technical staff. Responsible for leading cross-functional technical teams, using skills to achieve program results facilitating the planning process and development of program plans. Performs enterprise-wide integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems. Must be able to guide planning sessions that result in inputs to both the visual plan, the business/programmatic integration forum, and the program management plans. With experience in project management, managing requirements, requirements workflow, business process narrative development, convert concepts into documentation and presentations.

Required Qualities:

Experience in managing complex multidisciplinary business, advanced technology, research, or development programs. Responsible for developing cost projections, and reporting cost, formulating, and enforcing work standards, assisting with integration work groups and activities across the Directorates, reviewing and resolving work discrepancies.

  • Experience in a PM or leadership capacity with programs involving Congressional oversight - understanding the dynamics of such an engagement (helping prep government resources to go in front of congressional staffers or legislators, crafting language for a Quarterly Financial Report or "QFR"). If we can identify veterans who fit this role, that would be excellent. Experience with VA, JIRA, SharePoint Use MS Project to provide a clear, visual representation of the program timeline, critical paths, and dependencies, enabling efficient program management and timely decision-making. Would prefer someone with a PMP.
