The Enterprise Business Solutions team is primarily responsible for the design, development, implementation, integration, maintenance and support of commercial and custom enterprise-wide software applications and back office financial systems supporting our client.
This personoversees and manages the team, responsible for setting expectations and for providing vision and leadership for a high quality, results-driven team supporting operations and software development initiatives.
Leads a team of developers/analysts supporting a portfolio of commercial and custom software including Alliant (Rights Management), ERP (Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&SC)), Workday (HR & Payroll),
Business Intelligence and Analytics (Microsoft Power BI), Microsoft Power Automate applications and Customer Relationship Management software (Microsoft Fundraising & Engagement, Marketing).
Lead requirements analysis and business process analysis based on evaluation of end users business needs. Will collaborate closely with stakeholders and end-users to establish priorities, gather requirements, devise solutions, and research new ways to improve current business processes and techniques.
Manages CapEx and OpEx budgets for department
Manages day-to-day operational and tactical tasks associated with the maintenance and care of the ERP portfolio of products.
Manages all phases of the software development lifecycle for assigned projects, actively participating in phases as necessary
Manages scope, assesses, and mitigates risks for all team projects
Collaborates with other Technology & Operations departments and project management teams to determine project timelines, resource allocation and project deliverables
Manages contractors and external development initiatives with outside vendors
Continuously looks for ways to improve development and operational initiatives
