**Job Description**

Coordinate for the region (Southeast OH) the application, training and monitoring of afterschool andsummer program partners participating in the agency-sponsored USDA CACFP Afterschool Nutrition Program and Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). Provide consultation and technical assistance to support program partner operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A. Bachelors degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Youth Development, Education, Communications, Social Work or similar field

* B. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

* C. Organization/time management skills

* D. Ability to understand and adhere to specific federal, state and agency regulations and procedures

* E. Customer service skills including attentiveness, problem-solving, flexibility, and anticipating program needs and challenges

* F. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to speak in front of large group settings

* G. Multi-tasking and juggling of competing priorities while remaining attentive to detail

* H. Unflappable, resilient, passionate, dynamic and positive

RESPONSIBILITIES

* 1. Coordinate annual site application process and food order launch for all afterschool partner sites each school year and summer partners each summer.

* 2. Daily travel to afterschool and summer sites across the region for CACFP/SFSP monitoring visits to ensure program compliance; provide support and guidance to out-of-compliance sites, including technical assistance, re-training, corrective action and closure of review.

* 3. Coordinate and provide annual site training on CACFP and SFSP program regulations, agency procedures and software use.

* 4. Provide customer service ensure participating sites understand program regulations

* 5. Review and adjust food orders based on daily student participation.

* 6. Establish, build, maintain, support, and/or repair key relationships with afterschool and summer partners, local community and faith-based organizations.

* 7. Coordinate with the Data, Quality and Compliance team and others to provide a seamless afterschool and summer nutrition program related to partner site performance in the areas of recordkeeping, food service procedures and acceptance of food delivery.

* 8. Seek out, research, and/or identify potential new sites, and coordinate the steps to bring new sites onboard for CACFP or SFSP.

* 9. Participate in regional, state, and team meetings (in-person and via phone)

* 10. Other duties as assigned.
