**Position:** Warehouse Forklift Operator

**Location:** Perryville, MD

**Pay:** $20/hr with $2 Shift Differential (plus a $1,500 hiring bonus)

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - Finished, 8+ hours per day with mandatory overtime as needed (including weekends) to complete workload

**Warehouse Forklift Operator Position Summary:**

Warehouse Forklift Operators use a forklift to maintain warehouse stock and assist in fulfilling orders. They are responsible for unloading product deliveries, staging products based on customer orders, and assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory.

**Job Requirements**

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience of the Warehouse Forklift Operator:**

* *2+ years of recent warehouse and forklift experience is preferred*.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Must possess a strong understanding of scaling and weight distribution when loading trucks/containers.

* Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 40 lbs.

* Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

* High school diploma/GED preferred.
