Job description
cFocus Software is seeking a Cybersecurity Systems Engineer Lead to join our program in Reston, VA. This position requires active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
Position Requirements:
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required.
The Cybersecurity Engineer shall perform, or review, technical security assessments of computing environments to identify points of vulnerability, non-compliance with established Information Assurance (IA) standards and regulations and recommend mitigation strategies.
Perform installation, configuration, integration, troubleshooting and testing of cyber solutions within the enterprise cross domain solutions environment.
Working Knowledge of Cyber Activities to include networks and the associated technologies including routers, firewalls and cross-domain solutions.
Working Knowledge of data modeling/tagging, target/entry management and Cyber taxonomies
Working Knowledge of information security and architecture.
Knowledge of Cross Domain Systems - Forcepoint, Data Diodes, etc...
Understanding of Raise the Bar (RTB) guidelines.
Linux experience
Position Description:
Perform, or review, technical security assessments of computing environments to identify points of vulnerability, non-compliance with established IA standards and regulations, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Perform installation, configuration, integration, troubleshooting in a Cross Domain environment.
Validate and verify system security requirements definitions and analysis and establishes system security designs.
Design, develop, implement and/or integrate IA and security systems and system components including those for networking, computing, and enclave environments to include those with multiple enclaves and with differing data protection/classification requirements.
Build IA into systems deployed to operational environments.
Assist architects and systems developers in the identification and implementation of appropriate information security functionality to ensure uniform application security policy and enterprise solutions.
Support the building of security architectures.
Enforce the design and implementation of trusted relations among external systems and architectures.
