**A. Duie Pyle currently has an opening for a Part Time Warehouse Customer Service Representative in our Greencastle, PA location!**

***** Start Time: 11am to 5pm- Monday thru Friday *****

**Responsibilities Include:**

* Respond to inquiries from customers

* Process orders for shipment

* Select carriers and call consignees for appointments

* Interact with CSR Teams and LTL carriers

* Follow up on daily shipments

* Interface with customers and other personnel from various departments

* Miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed

**Job Requirements:**

* Good computer skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent phone etiquette

* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to provide excellent customer service

* Good follow up skills; ability to resolve issues from beginning to end

* Ability to work Overtime and Saturday's when required
