The Client Services Position is an external position for a long-term care pharmacy providing services to skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities.
Job Description:
Identify early warning signs of potential issues and problem-solve
Conduct customer training to support the roll-out of programs and services
Educate customers on utilizing key pharmacy programs and technology
Build relationships with facility administration and staff
Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA
Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary depending on business needs
Single Point of Contact for customers
Customer Focus Visits
Medication cart audits
Medication Room Audits
Medication cycle fill checks
Physical Demands:
May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day.
May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day.
May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.
Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required.
May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion.
Visual acuity to see and read fine prints.
Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Registered Pharmacy Technician or Med Tech Certificate
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least two years experience in customer-facing positions
Exceptional interpersonal skills using advanced verbal and written communications
Strong problem solving and organization skills
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
Must be willing to travel, including overnight
Use of personal vehicle required ( mileage reimbursement)

HOLIDAY & PTO POLICY
We provide qualifying full-time employees with 23 PTO (Paid Time Off) days annually. PTO is used for holidays, vacation, sick leave, and personal leave.
Please note we are a long-term care pharmacy open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And schedules may change as determined by the needs of the business.
