We're looking for new team members with positive attitudes and an eagerness to learn who are excited about good food & GOOD VIBES. This role will be responsible for quality assurance, training, and assisting in the creation of a wide variety of new and fun menu items, both sweet and savory. The Chef- ish will be a culinary leader in ensuring the highest level of quality through a combination of hands-on training, coaching and in-service demonstration. This position requires a passion for attention to detail and continuous improvement. As the Chef- ish , you will continuously improve the food experience for our customers and test and plan for new menu items while also ensuring what currently exists is being produced to the highest standard. Youll be a great fit if you are a self starter and actively take pride in everything you do. Youll be an inspirational leader for the culinary team, nurture the next generation of leaders at CYM, and do so through our Values (VIBES).
