Job Overview

The Facilities Project Manager - in a temporary role located at the Law Center - manages an archive collection within facilities management.

They maintain current catalog of records consisting of project drawings, files, product details, and special documents (such as engineering studies, land records, deeds, plats, land survey data, floor plans and related square footage records, certificates of building occupancies, building permits, zoning authorities and variance, photographs, and other special documents comprising the technical legal and official history of planning, design and construction at the Law Center.

Work Interactions

Reporting directly to the Director of Facilities Management at the Law Center, the Facilities Project Manager has a management position that interacts with various managers and directors of other departments.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of CAD and building management required for a property greater than 500,000 sq ft
  • Familiarity with construction and blueprint reading.
  • CAD operator certification
  • Good attitude and customer service orientation
