CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to the G8. The analyst will participate in all phases of the G8 processes as exercised at the Service, Reserve Component, Joint, and DOD levels. The Analyst will participate in operations research analysis, assessment, modeling and simulations, exercises, and capability development. The analyst will assist in the preparation and presentation of reports, briefings, and project deliverables.Tasks include:Supporting and integrating actions within the G8Conducting analysis and assessment on strategic documents, capability gaps, and supporting studiesSupporting and participating in wargaming, modeling & simulation, and exercisesSupporting capability document development and analysisRequired SkillsU.S. CitizenMust hold an active Secret clearanceMust possess proven analytical and strong organizational skillsMust be detail-oriented and able to multi-task across concurrent initiativesExceptional verbal and written communication and organization skillsProficiency in MS Office productsMust be able to travelPreferred Skills:Current Top-Secret clearance and eligibility for Sensitive compartmented Information (SCI)Proficiency in DOD tasking systemsRequired ExperienceThree to six years of experience working within the senior defense organizations in the Pentagon (Services, Reserve Components, Joint Staff, National Guard Bureau Joint Staff, OSD)Three to six years of experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis and assessments as performed by the Army, Air Force, Joint Chiefs of Staff, NGB-JS and OSD.Preferred Experience:Six to 10+ years of experience working within the senior defense organizations in the Pentagon (Services, Reserve Components, Joint Staff, National Guard Bureau Joint Staff, OSD)Six to 10+ years of experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis and assessments as performed by the Army, Air Force, Joint Chiefs of Staff, NGB-JS, and OSD.Six to 10+ years of experience in war-gaming, modeling & simulation, exercisesRequired Education:Bachelor s Degree from an accredited school by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.Graduate of CGSC or ILE if former military officer, commensurate Professional Military Education if former military Warrant, Enlisted or Civil Service.Preferred Education:Master s Degree from an accredited school by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.Graduate of SSC if former military officer, commensurate Professional Military Education if former military Warrant, Enlisted or Civil Service.CALIBRE and its subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity Employer and supports transitioning service members, veterans and individuals with disabilities.
