Job Details
We are in search of a Plumbing Engineer to join our Washington, DC office. This is an excellent opportunity to lead exciting and complex projects. Our office environment offers a supportive, team-based approach and wealth of opportunities to stretch professionally.
Main responsibilities entail:
  • Coordinate and prepare schematic design, design development, and construction documents
  • Design mechanical systems including heating, cooling, heat rejection, air distribution, ventilation, air conditioning, building automation and controls
  • Deliver projects across multiple delivery models, including design/bid/build, design assist, design build
  • Process contractor submittals, RFIs
  • Use technology and methodologies to create innovative approaches to building design
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams on projects related to Government, Healthcare, Higher Education and Science & Technology

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering from accredited University
  • P.E. License
  • 10+ years experience
  • LEED AP BD=C preferred
  • BIM
  • You are current with current appropriate codes and technologies
  • Revit
  • Understanding of engineering systems within a specific discipline, advanced engineering principles and calculations
  • Record of consistent quality work
