The OpportunityWings Over has an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals to work directly with our Social Media Manager as a part-time role. Have fun creating out-of-the-box content while assisting with planning, developing, and implementing strategies across our social media platforms. Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and execution of social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to contribute fresh ideas for social media campaignsAssist in the development of a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies Analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of campaigns and provide insights for improvement Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field Previous experience creating content and/or managing social media accounts for a brand Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box Ability to travel to store locations in Upper Arlington, OH and Worthington, OH Accessibility to an iPhone 13 or newer for use in quality content creationExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, CapCut, and similar tools is a bonus Wings Over is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
