****Laundry Attendant - Housekeeper** Job Summary:**

* Processes terry and linen for the facility.

* Cleans office equipment, social areas and common areas.

* Empties trash, dusts, vacuums all common areas.

* Cleans all bathrooms; replaces paper products; cleans and polishes all furniture and fixtures, window ledges.

* Mops, buffs and extracting all floors.

* Assists with cleaning of residents rooms related to move out/move in schedules.

**Laundry Attendant - Housekeeper Qualifications:**

* Laundry or Cleaning Experience Required.

* **Proof of COVID19 Vaccination Required.**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Compassionate and able to handle stress.

* Required to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

* Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
