Woodleigh Chase is a beautiful 42-acre continuing care retirement community located in Fairfax, Virginia. We're part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states-and growing.

Join our team and become a customer service champion! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about serving others to join our General Services team. As the General Services Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to interact with residents, staff, and visitors, providing guidance and addressing their questions and concerns.

Compensation: Starting at $19.00/hour, commensurate with experience

How you will make an impact:
  • Answer calls, take requests, and follow up on work orders from residents and staff
  • Create, distribute and complete all work orders through the ServiceMax Program, generating reports as needed.
  • Maintain the schedules and work orders for Housekeeping
  • Organize, maintain and update the program records, including residential apartment and vendor information for billing purposes
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies for the department.
  • Assist with office work, filing, and distribution of interoffice mail

What you will need:
  • Office experience preferred
  • Computer skills, including the ability to type, create documents, and learn in-house, company-specific programs
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience with working with the senior population preferred.
