Featuring Lil Kickers classes, parties, events and tournaments, and team rentals.Job Summary:Provide a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for all participants and guests. As a Operations Coordinator Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to the entire operations and team including and not limited to: Training, Customer Service, Staffing, Marketing, Facility upkeep, and support for in house programs and scheduling. Manage events/tournaments on weekends as well as weekly rentals and long term commitments. This position will report Directly to the Operations Manager/Lil Kickers Program coordinator and will provide direct support.Duties & Responsibilities:Greet customers and welcome participants/teams/patrons for rentals and classesRespond to all customer service inquiries regarding your programs and rentals.Manage and organize Staff weekly.Assist staff through their training throughout the seasonsCommunicate to all patronsBuild and develop internal programming for youth and adult sports recreationLight Maintenance and upkeep of the facilityPerforms other related duties as neededQualifications:Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.Prior experience in management, but not requiredBA in Sports Management, but not required.Must be able to communicate clearly with staff and with customersBe able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.Be able to work on your feet for an extended period of timeMust be able to work weekends and evenings consistentlyPart Time vs Full Time position open to qualifications and negotiation.Potential for growth.Compensation: $20.00 per hour About Us Lil' Kickers is a nationwide soccer program rooted in child development theory for kids ages 18 months to 12 years old.
