Position Description:
The Senior Program Manager will support the daily operation, to further and achieve ICE
goals. The Senior Program Manager shall be skilled in the areas of facility project management and will possess deep experience in and knowledge of Federal government project management processes, procedures, and systems. The Senior Program Manager shall demonstrate having a track record of delivering complex, mission-enabling facility projects.

Possess Program management experience combined with project management, along with broad experience
of architectural/engineering design, space planning and excellent knowledge of office and business
workflow processes. Must have 20 years of experience with delivering large scale and complex office space
projects.

Exceptional Coordination skills to develop cordial relationships with various (external and internal)
project stakeholders and meeting project completion milestones
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to monitor and oversee multi-disciplined team of professionals i.e., Architects, Engineers,
Interior Designers, Security, Telecommunications & Audio/Visual
Ability to develop and organize space requirements
Documentation skills for project schedules, project responsibilities, and progress
Familiar with spreadsheet software particularly with Gantt and program evaluation and review
techniques, or PERT charts to display tasks required for scheduling and project completion
Knowledge of construction phasing and techniques.
Multi-tasking: Able to handle / coordinate more than one project simultaneously.
Key Functions:
Serves as primary point of contact from project initiation to completion
Works in coordination with internal and external project stakeholders to complete various size
renovation projects
Develops concept and detailed plans for alteration projects
Reviews cost estimates for project budgets
Works with project team members, clients and vendors to coordinate activities, provisioning,
environment setup, installation, and equipment testing
Works under the general supervision and guidance of the Director of DEA Facilities Management to
provide solutions to workspace requirements, challenges or changes
Identify any required resources needed for the program and/or project tasks
Follows-up on customer issues to make sure they are completed to the customer's satisfaction.
Attends and chairs regularly scheduled project meetings as required
