As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will be responsible for assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.
Job Requirements Qualifications for the position include:
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
* Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn.
* Associate degree and/or call center experience preferred.
* Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
* Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
**Available shifts from 7am to 8pm, Monday through Friday and 8am to 5 pm Saturday.**
