**Responsibilities**

* Work directly with Body Shop Techs.

* Obtain vehicle information

* Determine and recommend needed parts base on age, mileage and history of vehicle

* Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts

* Establish follow up time

* Monitor the progress of each part / order throughout the day, and updating customers as needed

* Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the parts sold

**Qualifications**

* Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction

* Past experience as a parts counter person / consultant Consultant is a must

* Above average energy level

* A desire for a long term career with a growing organization

* Personal and professional integrity

* ADP / CDK computer experience a plus
