Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other BOH part time restaurant jobs is not required but preferred.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Kitchen Team Member / BOH Team Member Requirements & Responsibilities

Individuals must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and have a strong desire to be producing the highest quality menu items.

We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

Applicants must be able to:
  • Be available to work shifts between, 5:30 am - 4:00 pm and 3pm - 11pm, Monday through Saturday
  • Work quickly, efficiently and with a sense of urgency
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Maintain proper quality parameters
  • Work in a fast paced environment
  • Communicate well with others
  • Work on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Lift potentially heavy objects when necessary


Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other BOH part time restaurant jobs is not required but preferred

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
  • Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
  • Mobility required during shifts
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
