This is an engaging, fast paced and welcoming work environment for anyone looking for a customer service centered opportunity in Springfield, VA.
We are offering firsthand experience in interacting with others, working as a team, and operating standard company equipment. Thus, we are seeking outgoing team members who are highly driven to gain these fundamental, career building skills.
We provide flexible scheduling for our daytime and evening team members to allow for other responsibilities. Plus, Sundays are always off!
Since the importance of education is held in our core beliefs as a company, exciting scholarship opportunities exist here for team members who qualify.
Note: Team Members must be 16/yr + and must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Must be able to spend hours outdoors in possible cold/very warm temperatures and inclement weather such as rain or snow
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work in hot, noisy and fast paced environments
- Must be respectful of a diverse, inclusive and welcoming work environment (no discrimination will be tolerated)
- Must be available to work Fridays/Saturdays
- Must be able to complete side work before leaving (may take up to 30 minutes past scheduled exit time)
