The Service Manager must ensure that each client receives a premium service experience. The Service Manager trains, motivates and coaches service team members and supervises service transactions, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired in accordance with factory guidelines.
**Job Requirements**
**Skills / Experience:**
Minimum 5 years experience in all factors of service department systems, procedures and controls
Proven organizational skills
Client contact experience
Business planning abilities
Ability to manage, evaluate, develop and direct staff
