**Current Need**

We are seeking Retail Ecommerce Operations Senior Manager to lead and oversee our rapidly growing B2C Ecommerce Operations team in Richmond, VA.

**Position Description**

McKesson is a global leader in the medical supply industry and are seeking to recruit a Senior Manager for Ecommerce Operations to lead all day-to-day operations and build for the future of our newly formed Retail eCommerce Business. The ideal candidate must be a practical high energy hands-on people leader with exceptional entrepreneurial skills, who is passionate about healthcare and highly conversant in using data to drive sales and provide the best possible eCommerce experiences.

In addition to being a proven hands-on eCommerce leader, they will have a significant track record of partnering with sales channel and product category teams to drive exponential sales growth. This candidate must have a broad knowledge of current retail eCommerce technologies and developing repeatable business processes and procedures in both the direct to consumer and partner channel sales space. The position will directly to the Vice President of eCommerce Operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead our eCommerce Operations Team supporting all Consumer Market segments incl. our online content management team and liaise with our 3rd party retail customer service delivery team

* Supports strategic eCommerce initiatives that rely on product data for their success by creating and advancing product data processes, architecture, and metrics

* Drive initiatives to continuously improve operations delivery and product sales

* Document, develop and evolve tools and processes to support business needs and ensure data integrity

* Collaborate with teams and implement solutions to enable faster and more accurate online sales and content creation for B2C sales

* Thrive as a Business Product Owner for eCommerce including providing direction on long term product roadmap, as well as operational guidance to our Information Technology group, DC Operations & Inventory Management

* Collaborate with technology teams to build feeds and connectivity for customers

* Collaborate with Customer Service, Data Management and Marketing teams to deliver excellence in customer experience service delivery and rich online product content

* Overall management of online retail sales channels and service attainment including: .Com Amazon, Walmart, etc.

* Interact with customers, account executives and partners to understand customer needs and ensure proper use of content, feeds, 3rd party data

* Program Management related to all new operational capabilities

* Set future business direction for future eCommerce delivery

* Provide executive level data analysis and reporting

**Critical Skills:**

* Expert knowledge of selling on large reseller marketplaces such Amazon and Walmart, as well as fulfillment methodologies of those

* Knowledge of other ecommerce retail platforms, including: Channel Advisor, BigCommerce, Syndigo, Salsify and Informatica

* Knowledge of ERP systems preferably including Oracle JDE

* Experience of interacting and partnering with support organizations for online of Sales Order, Supply Chain Management, DC management, Distribution, Inventory Mgmt., Finance, Tax etc.

* Exceptional Written Executive Communication Skills

* Business Planning and Financial tracking

* Advanced Excel skills and the ability to evaluating, reporting, analyzing and managing large operational data sets

* Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel, plan for projects, manage own time and priorities

* Ability to work in cross-functional matrixed organization

* Knowledge of and experience in building attribute structures, data normalization, product taxonomy and managing products across varied structures

**Minimum Requirements**

* 10+ years of relative business experience

* 8+ years of experience in any of the following areas Retail eCommerce, Retail product management, Digital Sales and/or Online content management delivery

* 5+ Years of progressive people management experience preferred

* 5+ years of experience with SEO, digital media and digital technology

* 5+ years of Operational Reporting and Execution

**Education**

* Undergraduate degree in Business Studies, Operations Research, Finance, Accounting or equivalent

* Postgraduate degree
