Exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Executive to join a leading Commercial Construction firm in Columbus!
This direct hire Construction Project Executive will have overall responsibility for this commercial business segment, including providing leadership, financialmanagement of multiple projects, supervision of Project Managers, Superintendents and Project Engineers, ensuring completion of project goals within deadlines and budget, ensuring quality, safety and profitability, and meeting corporate goals and strategic objectives.
To accomplish these goals, the Construction Project Executive may establish project timelines, pursue new project opportunities, manage contracts, participate in developing labor strategy, perform and submit monthly and quarterly profit margin analysis, track productivity, oversee apprenticeship programs and additional duties/tasks as needed.
Some local travel (up to 25% and typically within 60-90 miles of Columbus) to visit sites and/or clients. Aggressive salary and bonus opportunities as well as exceptional benefit programs!
Salary range from $135-150,000 annually depending on experience. Full compensation package will include benefits, profit sharing, and vehicle allowance!

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar or combination of experience and technical training
-10+ years of experience in all facets of commercial construction, including overseeing a business unit and a strong financials background
-Exposure to self perform projects including concrete, carpentry, drywall, etc
